I embarked on my musical journey later in life, picking up the guitar around age 30. Being mostly self-taught, I developed a unique playing style that blends my love for storytelling with melodies. Despite some quirky habits, they've become part of my musical identity.

Writing songs became a natural extension of my guitar exploration, starting with simple chords and evolving into heartfelt compositions. Singing also became a passion, adding depth to my musical expression.

Early on, I dabbled in open mic nights, sharing my evolving repertoire with small audiences. As time passed, my dedication grew, especially in my 40s when I lived in the vibrant town of Sausalito, California.

From the serene Marin Headlands, overlooking San Francisco's iconic skyline, I honed my craft almost daily, serenading my loyal companion, Daisy, in our trusty VW van.

Those years were filled with joyful moments, meeting countless travelers who paused to listen and connect with my music. Open mic events became regular engagements, further fueling my artistic growth and expanding my circle of musical friends.

From Sausalito, I journeyed north to Ashland, Oregon, a breathtaking small town nestled in the lower Rogue Valley, where I've been living for five years now. Here, amidst its enchanting charm, I've found a musical haven.

I continue to immerse myself in the local music scene, gracing numerous open mic events with my presence. It's been a delight to forge new friendships and share my tunes with the welcoming community.
